Activity is an algorithm that is used to qualify CPA, combining sessions and play behavior of players, not related to deposit count or amount.
All affiliate agreements are valid for a period of 3 months from the date agreed upon by the affiliate manager and the affiliate. If the agreement is not extended, it will be set on default first option on the form above.

PROHIBITED TRAFFIC TYPES :
- Fraudulent Traffic : Any traffic generated through deceptive or unlawful means, including but not limited to fraudulent clicks, installs, or conversions.
- Incentivized Traffic : Any traffic that offers incentives or rewards to users for engaging with or completing actions related to the promoted content, including media/streamers.
- Minors : Traffic generated from individuals who are under the legal age for engaging in online gambling activities.
- Unauthorized SMS : Traffic originating from unsolicited SMS messages or any SMS communication that has not been authorized or consented to by the recipient.
- Unauthorized Native Traffic : Any traffic originating from native advertising platforms or publishers without the proper authorization or compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Unauthorized Email Marketing : Traffic generated through the use of unsolicited bulk email or any email communication that has not been authorized or consented to by the recipient.
- Self Deposits & Branded Traffic : Traffic generated through self-deposits or any traffic related to branded sources without proper authorization or compliance with applicable guidelines.
FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS :
- If 80% or more of the accounts associated with an affiliate are found to have made only minimum deposits, such accounts will be considered fraudulent.
- Payment and traffic related to fraudulent accounts will be placed on hold for a period of 45 days for re-evaluation.
UNAUTHORIZED INFLUENCED TRAFFIC/PLAYER NAVIGATION TRAFFIC :
- Traffic generated through unauthorized methods that influence user navigation or behavior, including but not limited to manipulative practices or misleading redirections, will result in a revision of the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
SELF-EXCLUDED PLAYERS :
- Players who have self-excluded themselves from gambling activities will be deducted from the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
TEST, IN-HOUSE, AND DUPLICATED PLAYERS :
- Test players, in-house players, and duplicated players who qualify for rewards or conversions will be deducted from the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
STREAMERS :
- Incentivized traffic from streamers is strictly prohibited. Streamers should not offer any rewards or incentives for users to engage with or participate in online gambling activities.

- These terms and conditions are subject to Forza Affiliates' general terms and conditions, as applicable.
Please note that these terms and conditions are legally binding, and failure to comply with them may result in the termination of your affiliate account and any related privileges or rewards.
